All physical product sales are final and I do not offer refunds, except in cases where the product is damaged or does not arrive. If your item is damaged or fails to arrive, I will make sure to make things right and replace it with either the same product or another of equal value, or give you a full refund. To process a replacement or refund for damaged or missing items, I will require proof of damage (photos) to be provided within 30 days of receiving your order.
