Please note that all Digital Download sales are final. But if you have any problem with your PDF download, please reach out to me, and I will be sure to help you as soon as possible. All physical product sales are final and I do not offer refunds, except in cases where the product is damaged or does not arrive. If your item is damaged or fails to arrive, I will make sure to make things right and replace it with either the same product or another of equal value, or give you a full refund. To process a replacement or refund for damaged or missing items, I will require proof of damage (photos) to be provided within 30 days of receiving your order. Once the refund is approved and processed, WooCommerce.com and our payment processor will submit the refund immediately and make every attempt to process it as quickly as possible. Your financial institution can take up to 20 days for the refund to reflect in your bank account/card.
Average Shipping and Delivery times vary for each product, and are estimated between 2-15 business days for the United States, and 10-30 Business Days for Canada.
