Please note that all Digital Download sales are final<\/strong>. But if you have any problem with your PDF download, please reach out to me, and I will be sure to help you as soon as possible. All physical product sales are final<\/strong> and I do not offer refunds, except in cases where the product is damaged or does not arrive. <\/strong>If your item is damaged or fails to arrive, I will make sure to make things right and replace it with either the same product or another of equal value, or give you a full refund.
