- 1 lb chicken breast
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 orange, juiced and zested
- 1 lemon, juiced and zested
- 1 lime, juiced and zested
- 2 Cups broccoli florets
- 1 red bell pepper thinly sliced
- 1 yellow bell pepper thinly sliced
- 2 carrots thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp raw honey
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tsp grated ginger optional
- salt and pepper to taste
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Sauté chicken until it is browned and nearly cooked.
Include broccoli, bell peppers, carrots, and garlic. Cook for 5 minutes.
Add orange, lemon, and lime juices along with ginger zest, soy sauce, and honey.
Mix thoroughly and continue cooking for another 5 minutes or until vegetables are tender and chicken is thoroughly cooked.
Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.
