Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb chicken breast
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 orange, juiced and zested
  • 1 lemon, juiced and zested
  • 1 lime, juiced and zested
  • 2 Cups broccoli florets
  • 1 red bell pepper thinly sliced
  • 1 yellow bell pepper thinly sliced
  • 2 carrots thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp raw honey
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp grated ginger optional
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • Sauté chicken until it is browned and nearly cooked.
  • Include broccoli, bell peppers, carrots, and garlic. Cook for 5 minutes.
  • Add orange, lemon, and lime juices along with ginger zest, soy sauce, and honey.
  • Mix thoroughly and continue cooking for another 5 minutes or until vegetables are tender and chicken is thoroughly cooked.
  • Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.
