- 1 lb chicken tenders
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 tbsp turmeric
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tbsp water
- salt and pepper to taste
- Vegetable oil for frying
Mix flour, turmeric, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a shallow dish.
Whisk egg and water in another dish.
Coat chicken tenders first in the egg mixture, then in the flour mixture.
Fry in hot oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Cook until golden and done.
