A basic Epsom salt detox bath recipe is one of the easiest ways to eliminate toxins and promote relaxation. If you want to keep it super basic, all you need are 2-3 cups of Epsom salt and warm water. But who wants to be basic, right? Here is my custom recipe using Epsom salts that'll boost both detox effects and the overall relaxation experience.
Meanwhile, you can fill your bathtub with warm/hot water.
Stir in the sea salt, Epsom salt, and baking soda into your boiling pot of water on the stove, until ingredients look dissolved.
Carefully pour hot mixture into your bath water
Add the apple cider vinegar to your bath water
Add drops of your favourite essential oils if you so choose
Soak for 20-30 min
