Equipment
- 1 Cooking pot
Ingredients
- 4 cups Water
- 1/4 cup Sea Salt (Himalayan Pink Salt)
- 2 cups Epsom Salts
- 1/4 cup Baking Soda
- 1/3 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
- 10 drops Essential Oils (optional, my favs are Frankincense or Lavender)
Instructions
- In a pot, bring 4 cups of water to a boil.
- Meanwhile, you can fill your bathtub with warm/hot water.
- Stir in the sea salt, Epsom salt, and baking soda into your boiling pot of water on the stove, until ingredients look dissolved.
- Carefully pour hot mixture into your bath water
- Add the apple cider vinegar to your bath water
- Add drops of your favourite essential oils if you so choose
- Soak for 20-30 min

Bentonite Clay Bath Recipe
Equipment
- 1 Plastic Spoon and Bowl
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Bentonite Clay
- 1-2 cups Epsom Salts
- 10 drops Essential Oils if desired
Instructions
- Dissolve the Epsom salts in a warm/hot bath and add essential oils if desired
- For the clay you can either premix it in your bowl with some water. Use the plastic spoon (not metal) until the clumps are mostly dissolved. Then add the clay concoction to your bath and soak for at least 20 minutes
- Or you can create a body mask with the clay! Mix 1/2 cup of clay with a small amount of water to make a paste. (You may need more clay depending how much of your body you want to cover) Add the water slowly so that your paste doesn't get soupy. Stand in your tub (letting your feet soak in the Epsom salts) and cover your skin with the clay mix. Let dry for 5 minutes before sitting down into the water and letting it wash off. This mask effectively pulls toxins like heavy metals from the skin! Soak in bath at least 20 minutes then use a washcloth or loofah to scrub away any remaining clay off the skin.
